Quality is the foundation of component trading. Here is how we protect it.

Source Control: OEM-Channel Procurement

All parts are sourced through Taiwan OEMs and authorized distributors. Every batch is supported by procurement documentation for traceability. Original brand packaging labels and ESD packaging intact. We do not deal in loose or unpackaged parts.

Incoming Inspection: Multi-Point Visual Check

Upon arrival, we perform visual sampling: surface flatness, marking clarity comparison, pin condition (oxidation, solder residue), label consistency, and batch number verification. Non-conforming batches are rejected in full with supplier traceback.

Counterfeit Policy: 10× Compensation

All components we supply are OEM-genuine. If counterfeit parts are confirmed by an accredited third-party testing lab, we accept full liability and compensate at 10× the purchase value. This is non-negotiable.

Inventory Transparency: What You See Is What We Have

Stock status and update timestamps on our website are real. Parts marked "In Stock" are physically in our inventory. Parts marked "Get Quote" will receive a committed lead time and price after we confirm availability with our supply chain.

Additional Service: Third-Party Testing

Our in-house inspection covers visual checks and label verification. We do not currently operate X-Ray, decapsulation (DECAP), or electrical testing lab equipment. If your procurement requires a full third-party test report, we can coordinate with partnered testing labs — testing fees are separate. This arrangement allows clients to select the level of quality assurance that fits their requirements and budget.
